iGeneration Studios is a London-headquartered film and TV producer with offices in Los Angeles and Sydney, Australia. It acquires, develops and produces a wide range of exciting on-demand programmes and films for pre-school, children, teenage and young adult ‘connected audiences’. The group is also now expanding into primetime scripted drama with tense thrillers, true crime and supernatural mystery.

Edward Glauser

With a background in film and television finance and production, Edward founded and led Komixx Entertainment for 13 years until its acquisition by iGeneration Studios in 2021. He continues in the same role at iGeneration Studios leading the development and production team, determining commercial and creative strategy.
Edward’s producing credits include The Kissing Booth 1 (Kids’ Choice Awards Winner 2019), The Kissing Booth 2: Going the Distance (People’s Choice winner for Favourite Comedy Film 2020) and The Kissing Booth 3: One Last Time for Netflix; ITCH Series 1 and 2 for the BBC and The ABC; and kids shows Dog Loves Books, Wanda and the Alien and Toby’s Travelling Circus. He is currently Executive Producing iGeneration Studios’ new series for Netflix My Life with the Walter Boys.
Michael Shyjka
Managing Director iGeneration Studios Ltd. (London)
Michael has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years.
His career spans senior positions at Guinness Mahon, Société Générale and Allied Irish Banks and five years at Ingenious Investments, where he was an Investment Director and Fund Head across a range of house funds until late 2014. After a period of consultancy he joined the iGeneration Studios team in November 2018.
He has worked on a number of film and TV productions, including The Dressmaker, Selma, Pride, Suffragette, Itch and Dog Loves Books.
Lawrence is a strategic corporate advisor with a wealth of expertise in developing and growing media businesses.
Prior to joining iGeneration Studios, Inc. he occupied the positions of Chief Procurement and Alliances Officer at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Senior Vice President Corporate Alliances at The Walt Disney Company, Chief Alliance Officer at United Health Group and Chief Procurement Officer at the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO).
Lisa Murray
Group Financial Controller iGeneration Studios Ltd. (London)
Lisa is a fully qualified accountant with over 20 years post qualifying experience working in all areas of the media industry from independent producers to distribution.
Immediately before joining iGeneration Studios Lisa was Head of Finance at Eleven Film (SEX EDUCATION/Netflix) and before that at Leopard Films Ltd, Digital Rights Group and BBC Worldwide. Based in the UK Lisa holds responsibility for all financial matters across the iGeneration Studios group.
Max Benitz
Senior Development Producer iGeneration Studios Ltd. (London)
Writer Max Benitz is the Senior Development Producer at iGeneration Studios and has worked in the creative industries for nearly 20 years.
Recent television writing commissions include original dramas DIVA and VILLA PAZ for iGeneration, and CONVICTIONS for the Vespucci Group (USA) and PubRes (Slovakia). Spec projects include STRICTLY BEGINNERS, a web series that won pitching awards at Marseille WebFest and London Short Series Festival, and television thriller DISCIPLE.
Max’s first book, SIX MONTHS WITHOUT SUNDAYS, was an account of his time spent embedded with the British Army in Afghanistan and was described as ‘unusually well written’ by The Times. His journalism has been published in The New Statesman, The Daily Telegraph, The Scotsman and elsewhere.
Max is a graduate of Creative Europe’s MIDPOINT TV Launch Programme. He read Modern History at the University of Edinburgh, during which time he also completed the Study India Programme at the University of Calcutta.
Max acted professionally when breaks in his studies allowed. His credits in front of the camera included MASTER & COMMANDER (dir. Peter Weir), THE WATER DIVINER (dir. Russell Crowe) and Lynda La Plante’s TRIAL & RETRIBUTION.
From 2018-2021, Max served as a member of the Creative Industries Advisory Group, a committee invited by the Arts and Humanities Research Council to critically evaluate government investment into Britain’s creative economy.
Max lives in London and enjoys reading stories to Alexander, his six year old son.
Ella Troup
Development Producer iGeneration Studios Ltd. (London)
Ella’s passion for scripted drama was ignited over her studies at The University of Manchester, where she achieved her BA in Drama and Screen Studies, and MA in Screenwriting.
Her career in Film and TV began as a runner, intern and script reader for several prolific producers – Number 9 Films, Red Productions, Sister Pictures and FilmWave. She then went on to serve as an Assistant Script Editor in the writer’s room for the Netflix Original series ‘The Letter For The King’, which was show run by William Davies.
In 2018, Ella joined Keshet International UK’s Drama Team as their Development Assistant where she honed her craft working across their broad slate of global projects.
Before finally joining the iGeneration Studios team as Development Producer, Ella established a close working relationship as a Script Consultant for esteemed producer and director David Green.
Ella currently lives in Camden, London, where you can either find her with a Hells lager in one of the many metal bars, or at her local café sipping an overpriced oat latte whilst mulling over a script.
